Danyang Yuanhua Auto Parts Co, Ltd is a specialized company that designs and produces auto lights and interiors.
The company is located in Xinqiao, Danbei Town, Danyang City, a famous auto parts town in China. It covers an area of 32000 square meters and currently has more than 120 employees, including 30 engineering and technical personnel. It has strong capabilities in developing and designing various interiors and the lighting system for luxury tourist buses, buses, heavy-duty trucks and construction machinery. The company's main products include: all kinds of auto lights (including the latest LED headlights), bus air ducts, bus driver’s safety door, bus handrails, multi-functional rearview mirrors, bus sunroof, dashboard, PVC flooring, floor leather, various injection molded and vacuum molded parts, LED advertising light box and other bus interior parts.
The company has multiple workshops, including injection molding workshop, vacuum molding workshop, mold workshop, stamping workshop, welding workshop, and final assembly workshop. In 2001, the company had a total investment of 20 million yuan, of which 12 million yuan was invested in technological improvement. A large amount of advanced equipment was introduced. In 2017, the company invested over 20 million yuan again to build a new comprehensive building and purchase advanced production equipment, continuously improving production scale and product quality, providing sufficient guarantees to meet the diverse needs of customers.
Our company has passed the TS16949:2016 quality system certification, and our products have obtained ‘CCC’ and E-MARK certifications. Some of our products have obtained national patent certificates and have received widespread praise among peers. For many years, we have been rated as a ‘Contract Abiding and Trustworthy Enterprise’ by the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce. We are the first-tier supplier of many auto manufacturers such as SAlC lveco, Jianghuai Automobile, Yutong Bus, Sunwin, Xiamen Kinglong, Guilin Daewoo, FAW Group, Sany Group, XCMG Group and etc. The company is also a designated manufacturer of public transportation groups in many large and medium-sized cities in China.
